Meet Baby Noah

Noah Albert was born on January 13, 2010 at 10:04am. He weighed 7lbs, 1 oz and is 20 inches long. He is perfect! Mommy, Daddy, Nicho, and Noah are doing just great!

"That's My Nite-Nite!"

So, we still have no baby yet...ugh! I was feeling all of the signs last week!! As of last Tuesday I am 40% effaced and dilated at 2 cm...I am hoping that I am more now this week and Noah will come...tonight!! I have had braxton hicks...I am guessing that's just what it is...anyway I am trying to keep busy at home which hasn't been hard because Nicho my bear has been making sure of that.

Today someone, not naming any names, went and grabbed the baby's wedge from the bassinet (it used to be his) and said "THAT'S MY NITE-NITE!" and he put it in his Lightning McQueen tent along with his other two favorite lovey blankets...
Wonderful *sigh*

Even though we are unable to be there today, I want to wish my brother and new sister-in-law the best in their marriage. Congratulations Tuyen and Esteban! I hope to see pics soon!!

My Sweet Bear

My Sister-in-law bought this adorable shirt for bear. It has two monkeys on it (Nicho and Noah, hehe) It says "I'm The Big Brother" I just love it! It fits a little big but he will grow in to it.

Mommy's Backseat Driver

Nicho has become a backseat driver lately. When the light is red he makes sure and yells out for me to "stop!" Oh, and when the light turns green he says "GO MOMMA!"

He kind of reminds me of the time John and I went to Puerto Rico on vacation and kept getting horns honked at us as soon as the light would turn green because we were "slow" at take off.

It's A New Year!

So these were Nicho's resolutions for 2009...remember these?

Well I am happy to announce that he has fulfilled all of these...well he still has a little trouble with 2,4,6,8,and 10...but no one is perfect and anyways they are more "controllable" since he has better speech now than last year. He is a boy after all and LOVES attention when we are in public, seriously he says hi to EVERYONE!! While we are in an elevator, on an escalator, at the check-out stand, in the bathroom, etc,etc...

His 2010 Resolutions are...

1. Good listening ears to mommy.

2. Be a SWEET big brother to Noah.

3. Ability to pass by an escalator at the mall without having to ride on EVERY single one.

4. Be a SWEET big brother to Noah.

5. Hopefully will come back to a stroller and shopping cart...(they are your friends Nicho).

7. Sleep in a big boy bed...soon!
