Tonight we had our one-on-one visit (love this!) with Nicho's teacher, Ms. Meena. She was really nice and made a puzzle with Nicho, provided a sensory activity for him to do while we visited a little, and even let him check out the playground right outside the 3's back door which he just loved!! She has been at the Lab School since 2002 and even taught my nephew Justin when he was at the Lab School. We have a few more visits to the school before he actually starts in a few weeks.
I snapped a picture of his room, it's not finished but here is the set-up. The big chairs are for the UT students that observe for their courses. Each classroom has a microwave, refrigerator and even an oven for cooking projects!
Nicho and Ms. Meena, he was too interested in scooping the rice :) She got a picture of Nicho too for his cubby. I can't wait until he starts!
