My Nicho Bear

...is 3 1/2 today!!

I cannot believe he is getting sooo big!! 

It seems like it was yesterday that he was Noah's age.  In fact the other day John and I were going through pictures on the computer and John asked me "Is this Nicho or is this Noah?"  Noah is starting to look more and more like Nicho did at his young age minus the huge chubby cheeks and rolls Nicho had :)

Nicho is doing amazing things right now that I must log so I can look back and remember:

• Says ABC's and counts to 20 all the time
• Loves to play hopscotch
• Recognizes his own name
• Brushes his own teeth (with supervision)
• Dresses himself and puts on his own shoes
• Gets in his carseat by himself
•  Starting to outgrow the nap (short naps) but when he does nap, he can go without the use of a pull-up
• Gives me directions home (not kidding) He tells me when to make a left turn or right turn,etc when we go home from Granny's house
• He is starting to show some fear/cautious of others (which I am a little happy about because he will stay close to me in public instead of wandering off like before, he even holds my hand sometimes!)
• Is excelling in his speech class, he talks alot more now and is starting to use more articulate  sounds.
• He is now starting to understand more of what Santa does and who he is (this year has been so much fun!)  He told Santa the other day EXACTLY what he wanted.
• Helps with Noah alot!  He will tell me if Noah is doing something he shouldn't be doing such as, putting stuff in his mouth, climbing on something that is dangerous etc.
• LOVES puzzles and mazes, does awesome at these.
• He loves to read books and asks me to read over and over at bedtime, he is also a great storyteller!
• He likes to help mommy around the house
• No more tantrums however 3 year old attitude has begun, we are working on this right now ;)
• We are working on days of the week and telling time since his daily schedule can vary from school days/non school days and speech class.
• Mimics everything we say and do, we are now having to watch EVERYTHING we say!!

We LOVE you so much Nicho and look forward to each and every day so we can see your smiling face when you wake up, and every evening when we get to kiss you goodnight.
