Today we made a homeade gingerbread house...well sort of homeade. We used graham crackers instead of gingerbread :) Last year we made one at the Children's Museum which was fun! This year since Nicho is older we decided to try one at home. I thought it would be a fun way also to celebrate his official 2 1/2 yr old birthday! He is getting so big!
The "foundation", I pre-built it first and Nicho decorated it himself.
Here he is ready to begin his fun project!
He started decorating the roof first with m&ms.
He is adding just a few more touches to the ground since there is no more room on the house!
Ta-da! His homeade gingerbread house! Too bad it doesn't look quite like this anymore...an hour later after making this he had already eaten most of the roof.
This gingerbread house below is from last year...and it didn't get eaten because he didn't know any better!!
